Contract of transport
Special Conditions :
A) The operator is not responsible for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, bad road conditions, snowstorms, detours, traffic jams and all other conditions out of his control. The operator will not be held responsible again for damage created by the refusal to depart or continue a trip if it is more prudent to act as such.
B) The customer is responsible for any damage caused to this bus by anyone being part of this trip..
C) The operator is not responsible for any loss or stolen objects during this trip.
D) Any passenger or driver of a road vehicle can drink alcohol while inside of the vehicle. Any one who does not comply to this rule commits an infraction and can be fined $200 to $300 (code of road safety, articles 443 and 511).
E) Law concerning operators and owners of heavy vehicles: intermediates in transport services ( art. 15, 16, 17, and 47)
Definition : « Any individual who, against payment, gets directly or indirectly in between parties in a transaction related to transport, in a heavy vehicle, of an individual or a good.»
An intermediate in transport services who falsely declares to be registered to the fleet of the Quebec transportation commission or offers services without being registered or an operator who concludes a contract in which an unregistered intermediate is involved, commits an infraction and can be fined from $350 to $1050.
F) Modes of payment and cancellation are detailed in a annexed document.
G) The customer must hand in an itinerary to the operator.
H) The operator must inform the customer about any additional fees to pay in the event of any undisclosed or inaccurate information.
I) The customer is invited to present any complaint or comment by contacting the operator. The operator will make sure to proceed quickly and efficiently.
